Farmhouse Pottery at the Cabin
To say that I am SO excited to be writing this blog is understatement! I’ve loved Farmhouse Pottery for years, and I’ve slowly built up my collection in our home, so when they wanted to partner together for our cabin renovation, I was over the moon! I knew I wanted to embrace a modern look with some coastal vibes & a hint of a country cottage throughout the spaces in our cabin, so Farmhouse Pottery items were perfect because they tick all of those boxes!
Inside the Cabin
Inside the cabin, most of the pieces from Farmhouse Pottery are featured in our kitchen (and can easily be used outdoors too — more to come on that further down in the blog!), but we have some items scattered between our living space and dining space as well! Some of my favourite pieces featured throughout our indoor space include their Cottage Salt Cellar, the Windsor Candlelight and Pantry Cutting Boards, but you really cannot go wrong with any of their items! They’re all so high quality, and beautifully crafted.
Their French Country Mixing Bowls are another few pieces that I absolutely love! They’re perfect not only just for baking (the spout makes it so easy to pour from the bowls!), but they look beautiful as serveware, and the large bowl can hold quite a bit for larger gatherings.
Alfresco Dining & Lounging
When it comes to lounging and dining outdoors, we like to use our regular everyday dinnerware and serveware, and just bring them outside! We still have gorgeous weather here in Victoria, so I’m soaking up the warmth before the cold of winter rolls in and we keep all of our entertaining at the cabin indoors for the next few months!
When eating outside, we’ll bring out our Silo Dinner Plates, Side Plates & Bowls, our Heritage Cutlery & Serveware, Harvest Bowls & various candlesticks, table linens, vases and more for a beautiful tablescape while we enjoy a garden-to-table meal! These pieces also make their way to our lounging area for more casual snacks & sips.
